[Mejora] Incorporación de nuevos empleados

We are excited to announce that we have made improvements and expanded the new employee onboarding feature to additional Square subscriptions.

Sellers with a Square for Restaurants subscription with Square Shifts Plus, an ongoing Retail Plus subscription, Premium Appointments, Square Shifts Plus, and Team Communication in the US can now also request onboarding and documentation tasks from their team members. Sellers with Restaurants Plus and Retail Plus subscriptions in all other countries (UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Australia, and Japan) can also use this feature. 

 

Other improvements include:

  • New hires can review documents You can now upload documents like your employee handbooks, standard operating procedures, or other documents for your team members to open and review on the web or in their Square Team app. 
  • Instructions to guide new employees through onboarding Include specific instructions with each onboarding task. Team members can view these instructions as they review and upload the documents assigned to them in their onboarding checklist.
