With Square Appointments you have three customer prepayment requirement options. You can:
- Let your clients book without asking for payment or card information
- Require your client’s card information when they book for no-show protection
- Ask your customers to pay at the time of booking.

We need the ability to confirm that these cards are valid. We have had several customers, and possibly competitors, book online with us, not show up, and when we go to charge a no show / cancellation fee...the card is no good (dead card, visa gift card, unlinked card, etc...).
