Why can't I edit my Covid Message on my booking site???

I need to update the information in the COVID banner that shows on my booking site. I have edited it, but my changes have still not shown up on my published booking page after several days. I went back to make sure that the changes had been saved to my dashboard custom covid message and they show there, but not on the published site. I feel like there is a glitch somewhere. Can someone please look into this? It is extremely important that my clients are getting accurate, up to date information on my COVID procedures.
