Postcode issues for customers paying invoices

Hi,

 

I am having issues with numerous customers paying their invoices. Postcodes are not being recognises when paying and the card is being declined. 
Is there a current known issue with this and anything that can be done to fix it?

 

it’s reflecting very badly on my business and customers are getting impatient

It’s likely that their device is auto filling the postcode, adding a space after it. This will create a miss-match & decline. 

I know Square are looking at a way round this - but guess it’s not a quick fix as it’s part of the security & compliance systems.
