CBD Early Access: which states are sellers restricted from shipping to?

I am a part of the early access program and when I was first accepted there was a list of states it directed us not to ship CBD products to. I cannot find an updated list for 2021 and would like one. I’m finding conflicting information on which states I can/can’t ship to.

Hi @Cannablissllc. Thanks for reaching out. CBD products must be produced and sold in compliance with applicable law, including but not limited to the 2018 Farm Bill and relevant state laws. If you have any additional questions, it would be best to seek legal counsel to advise for individual scenarios.
