Help please ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ Item showing not available

I need help!

 

i have spent hours trying to list 2 items for sale. In square online the inventory shows as 100. In weebly it shows as 0.

 

I have clicked the sync button.
I have reentered the inventory in weebly & despite seeing the figure when I press update stock & then save, I still get back to the item library to see zero stock. 
On the published website my items show as not available

 

Its literally driving me crazy!

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with inventory in your online store!

 

Without being able to look into your account this one is going to be a little difficult to troubleshoot via our forum. I just performed a test and was able to sync a new item from Square to Square Online and it worked as intended - there may be something specific to your account that needs to be changed here, though I'm not 100% sure what it may be - you're going to have better luck here by calling our support team on 1800 760 137.

 

Just to check though, the item was initially synced from Square, as opposed to manually created as a new item in Square Online?
