I’m not getting Confirmation when a client books an appointment but they do but it’s not showing up

Hey @Bigmixx2! Thanks for joining us.

 

Do you have your Appointment notifications turned on? You can find the notification option under Staff in the Appointments section of your Dashboard. Choose a staff member (sounds like you'll just select your own name), and scroll down to Notifications. Make sure "Emails" and "Test Messages (SMS)" are selected. Or just one if you prefer one over the other.
