I have been struggling with their Customer Service for over a Month over this matter and they have disabled Phone Support. They keep dodging our question about 2 instances where they debited a refund we had processed out of the Square Balance we maintained and it was also debited out of our Bank Account. They refuse to look into this and keep dodging our question with irrelevant answers that are not related to the Question we are asking. Has anyone encountered issues with their Customer Service. I have provided them detailed documentation and they do not answer the specific question we are asking.
