I'm so frustrated at sales being lost and square not letting me talk to a customer representative that I'm darn close to shutting down my square account. Why does square keep dumping my password??????
So sorry to hear your frustration. Square does not regularly reset your password without you prompting this. I'd be curious if something else was happening on your account, and this may be something we should chat with you specifically about.
I've escalated a case to our Customer Success team so they can reach out for some more information.
