Hi @LynnM and welcome to the Community.

 

Do you have any of your customers set up with Card on File or Recurring Invoices?

 

If so and they're on scheduled automatic payment- that could explain how they were charged.

 

I'd recommend checking your Invoices tab to see if any of your customers are set up on a payment schedule.

No payment schedule. No client transactions recorded within a week of the charge. Normally on recurring I still get notification they paid.

@LynnM Hmm it's hard for me to say for sure since I can't see into your account but it still sounds like a recurring invoice to me.

 

I would check your Transactions tab or the Invoices tab to see if that's the case before reaching out to our direct CS team to look further.

It turns out to be a bank issue. Client is now dealing with them.
