I changed the email account and password. My content is gone. Square does not accept any of the two

. The new employee entered square, changed the email and password, successfully we thought.

Now our devices do not have any of the screens that we created, and Square online does not recognize my account

I'm not able to look into your specific account here on the Community, just due to the public nature of the forum.

 

But did you finish the verification process when you were setting up your account?

 

You can check this by going to the Setup Guide in your Online Dashboard > Setup Guide > Verify your Identity, etc.
