@wendyperry @poy @GlassDale Very sorry for this late reply! Earlier today there was an issue that meant some sellers weren't able to access their Customer directory/create customer profiles from the app, and the same issue affected your ability to send invoices. This has been fully resolved, and the impact was brief so we didn't get a chance to update the status page (issquareup.com) that GlassDale mentioned. Apologies for the disruption this caused!
Any time we post an update to the status page you will see a yellow banner in the Community with a link to the status page. That way you don't have to bookmark multiple websites!
