My Square Terminal went into offline mode

Hi,

 

My Square Terminal went into offline mode due to unknown reasons and I took offline payment and it was approved but at the end of day the all transactions which were done in offline mode were declined.

Hi @digitalsperm - thanks for reaching out to us here on the Seller Community.

 

Offline Mode can be an extremely helpful tool in situations in which a network connection is not available for Selling, but there are a considerable amount of risks if you opt into taking Offline payments. These risks include the forfeiting of immediate notification if a payment is declined.

 

I would recommend you flag this over to our Support Team immediately. We will want to take a deeper look into this for you.
