Manual Credit Card not working

It wont let me use the 'manual credit card entry'. Its grayed out as in an option that you cant select. If I tap the manual entry selection it brings me to the 'is your business address the same as...   ' page. When you select any option, it changes pages to say 'youre all set' 'you can now accept payments'. Yet....the manual entry option is still gray. It was working this morn, any ideas on how to fix this issue or what caused it. I dont have the reader yet and most everyone uses cards. Please help

It wont let me select the 'manual credit card entry' option. Its not black like the ones you can select. I do not have the reader but its not letting me put it in manually. Any ideas?

Have you finished activating your account yet @Angelicminions?

You will not be able to accept payments unless you have fully activated your account.
