Square is unable verify my identity

Square is unable verify my identity and I am sure all my information is accurate. I followed the instruction - contacting Equifax to get my credit report. However, there has not been any credit activity recorded for me. Is it because I do not have a credit card? I can only activate the Square account and do payment transactions if I have a credit card? Thank you so much.

I have the same problem and now Iโ€™m blocked. Then I called that number and the lady told me we canโ€™t help you go use another brand. Surely there has to be a better outcome.
