Transaction looks like it worked but not sgowing in the account

Hi there.

I just got Square.

I did a transaction using which looks like it went through but it is not showing up in my bank account or tge account of the payee.

Were you able to get this worked out in the end? While we're not able to look into private transactions via our Seller Community, you can call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.
