Automatic Transfers

I have been receiving automatic transfers regularly just after 4pm the next day - until today when I received an email to say the funds had been transferred, but it has still not arrived (it's now just gone midnight). I have checked the account is linked correctly and I am still set up to receive automatic transfers - I cannot find how to speak to an actual person - can anyone help?
