Customer has to use a code to login to their appointment account

So I am a little confused as to why customers have to use a code sent to their phone every time they log into their account? It is very fustrating that they cannot create an acconunt with a username and password, not only that every single time they want to book an appointment you have to type you mobile number in, get a code sent to you, then type the code in.

Currently your customers do not have to remember a username or password for their appointments profile. The booking flow utilizes a security code, which is sent to the phone number on file with the account. This keeps the profile secure.
