Shipping tab in form tab embedded in the invoice form?

Why isn’t there a column in the form for shipping like quantity and tax? This would help with calculating accurate cost to include shipping instead of grouping as part of the line items.

I went to check on this and the ability to surface shipping-specifics in the invoice template isn't available as you've described. I can certainly see how offering more customization would help set the right expectations with your customers.

For now, if you have this information available in another document, and you'd like to include it with an invoice, you can use the attachment feature as you send it out. Learn more here: Attach PDF and Image Files to Square Invoices
