Suggestion - integrate an employee to-do list

I run a small shop with 2-3 employees working every shift. I would love to create daily/weekly to-do list and have then check off items that have been completed. Just a suggestion for an app that could be integrated with the POS.

I take it you would write the list for your employees, but you'd like to be able to see if they completed the tasks? Do you use another app/tool in the meantime? I use the notes app on my phone all the time!

KDS has a lists feature available directly through them.  I am looking at adding it because I want to do the same thing.
