Online order paid with Cash App did not post on POS until 5 minutes before pick-up

Square online Order No. 1785527300 was notified by email today at 4:07pm with a designated pick-up time of 4:25pm

 

When checking the POS because the order did not show in the orders tab, I realized that it was already posted as a transaction but not as an order.

 

Only at 4:19pm did the system post the order as a pick-up to be completed in 5 minutes, despite the order was placed more than 15 minutes ago.
