Square/Weebly Cart Glitch - Overselling

We've been experiencing a glitch in our online store. We use Square For Retail in our boutique and have the Webbly ecommerce integration through Square. Items are overselling if a customer has put them in their cart and gone back days or weeks later (after the item is sold out) and checks out. It will let the customer purchase the item. I asked one of our regular customers and she said the items that oversell are the old items she still has in her cart that square allows her to check out instead of flagging it as sold out.

Oh no, this shouldn't be happening. 

 

As soon as an order is placed the inventory on Weebly should update. Even if someone already had the item in the cart and filling out the checkout as soon as they try to place the order it should give a message saying the item is out of stock now.

 

I would recommend grabbing as many details as possible (like if this happens to specific items, all of your library, what devices it's happening to, etc) and contacting our Support Team so they can investigate as a bug.
