gocentral integration

I have setup integration with GoCentral.  It appears stock updates if I sell something on Square and if I modify stock or return stock on Square.  Beyond stock it also does not appear to integrate to GoCentral if I update an item on Square, for ex. add a description or picture.  Is there something else I have to do, like setup an API, because the marketing material made it sound as if there was true integration for the items from Square to GoCentral.

Hey there @Gallery102. All integration issues are actually handled by GoCentral. So you'll want to contact their Support Team or give them a call: 480-505-8877. 

 

If for whatever reason they're unable to help, be sure to get a support ticket number from GoCentral, and feel free to reach out to our Support Team with that ticket number. We might be able to work together with GoCentral.
