Is there a way to show outstanding invoices on a new invoice?

I often send invoices to clients before they've paid their previous invoices. Is there a way to include their outstanding balance/invoices on new invoices?

Hi @CleoRaven, welcome to the seller community and thanks for bringing this up!

We don't have a built-in way of embedding outstanding invoices as you're creating a new one, but I can see how this would streamline the experience for both you and your clients.

As a workaround, from your Invoices tab, you can leave a friendly reminder in the "Message" section where you can direct your client to follow up on the previous invoice as well.

In addition, I'll be flagging this with our Invoices Team, who tracks requests and makes improvements based on seller feedback. Keep in touch!
