Warning for duplicate invoices to same customer

Hello,

 

Is it possible for square to generate a warning message when a similar recurring invoice is created for the same customer?

Currently, we are experiencing some issue with the same customer being charged multiple times due to employees mistakenly creating multiple invoices to same customer.

 

Let me know if there is any solution to this issue!

Is it only happening with one customer? Can you provide a bit more information about how you use recurring invoices at your business?

Thank you for your attention to this matter!

It is happening with a lot of customers, we are not sure of the exact number.

 

We use recurring invoice for our members, who opt for automatic renewal of their threading memberships. Also, these members are able to use membership at all Eyebrow Plus and Amiri salon locations. Hence, customers seem to use the same membership at various locations.

 

As one location is only able to view invoices of that specific location, sometimes another location seem to create a recurring invoice for same customer at a different location.
