Feature Request: Provide a way to hide online specific item variations

Feature Request: Provide a way to hide specific variations of Items online.

This includes items that feature in the Online Checkout Link ('Sell Item'). I don't want to have to delete a variant that I don't want my customers to see but currently that's exactly what we are required to do as there is no "hide variant" button.
