Feature Request: allow Coupons to be generated from Dashboard and redeemed in POS and Invoices

Following these points we would like to see Coupons become available for use in  Invoices. Currently, they are not. We would like to issue a Coupon to any customer we choose at any time and for this Coupon to be redeemable in POS and Invoices.

We would like to rename it to anything we like, so the client does not read the word "coupon", which is an American term and not commonly used in the UK. If it has to be something that we can't edit then "voucher" would be better than "coupon". 

Also, we need to be able to edit the words in the email they receive so we can add a personal message; and as far as the graphics are concerned it would be helpful if there are a handful of variations we could choose from (similar to eGift Card designs - where, helpfully, we can upload our own design). There should be a variety of designs that cater for various customer demographics: a male 60 year old does not have the same tastes of a 20 year old female and we should be able to adjust the branding of the Coupon to match the demographic of our customer base. Thanks so much for these suggestions @amjessey, I will definitely pass it to the appropriate team. We are hoping to bring Square Loyalty programme to the UK which may help with generating and sending vouchers to customers.

In the meantime, I'm not sure if this is helpful but if you have the customer saved in your directory, you can send them a message. 

If they reply to the message, you will be able to send them a coupon that at the moment, is redeemable in the Point of Sale app but not invoices. 

You can also send coupons if customers have left a feedback after their purchase. At the moment, customers can only leave feedback via the receipt generated from sales made on the Square Point of Sales app.

Hopefully, redeeming Coupons in Invoices will become available sometime, because we do all our sales in Invoices as we take deposits in every sale. Hopefully, Loyalty will work in Invoices too.
