Have coupons valid by location

A thought for a future enhancement. Have a coupon be valid depending on where a person lives.

In the UK, you could do it by the first 2 letters of the postcode, so anyone in OL or BL postcode (for example) would get it - anyone else not.

That way, we can produce localised discounts. OK, it can be abused by changing a delivery address, but I reckon that will be a small minority.

What do you think? A reasonable idea?

I love this thought Alan! would be cool even to just use by country for brands like my own wanting to boost sales in a certain country!
