After using an Epos for 6 years with a post code look up facility for taking delivery orders over the phone comes in handy as it would notify me if the customers would be in range of our delivery service.
There is no way of allocating phone orders for collection or delivery so I have had to create 2 extra floors, 1 for delivery and another for collection. It would be great to be able to select collection or delivery on the epos so that it captures all the details of the customer.
Finally an option on the Epos itself to turn on and off delivery and collection rather than logging into the dashboard.
All these features will speed up service and male to easier to locate orders.
