Thanks for bringing this up. We don't offer the option to fully customize your online booking site URL, but it will include the text that you've added in the Business Name section of your Account & Settings tab.
Out of curiosity, can you share more information on what you would like to change? I'd love to share this with our Appointment team directly.

I don't have any updates at the moment, but I can let our Appointments team know that you'd like to see this made available in the future, and hopefully we can get some prioritization around this feature in the near future.
@hocusphocus is right. You just need to go to your Registrar/hosting site and set up a subdomain with a redirect to the link that has your square appointment page. You can usually just ask your registrar/hosting site to do this for you and they SHOULD do it. If they can't do it they surely should point you to where you can do it with instructions usually.
I've reviewed several requests for customization of the appointments form that go back for over 2 years, and the typical response is "our team is tracking these requests" and yet apparently nothing has been done to actually address this issue. The "tracking" response seems to be putting a spin to "we hear you but aren't actually going to address the issue". Am I wrong? There are SO MANY potential uses for the Applications app, but it's very awkward to use the generic form for many of the applications that it could be used for if you could just customize it a little! For example, I use it for booking my coffee trailer to be set up at events, businesses and neighborhood. But, as it is I can't ask certain questions that would greatly reduce the followup back and forth required to make sure I'm even dealing with the right people. Some progress on this would be GREAT..!!!!
