Is there a way for clients to log in and view their profile / appointments?

Is there a way for clients to log in and view their profile / appointments?

I have clients that hate entering their card number in every time they book an appointment, and they also will double book themselves because there is no way for them to log on and see what they have already booked. Will there ever be a client log-in page?

Hey everyone - I want to let you all know that we are beginning to actively look into this, thanks, in part, to your continued feedback. I can't say *when* we'll be able to release something, but I can tell you that 1) we're going to start looking into it now, and 2) you'll be the among the first folks we reach out to when it's ready to test.

Thank you for your continued feedback and support!

I'd like to see this too. If clients could sign on using an already existing social media account, that would be awesome. Then they wouldn't have to create yet another account on another online system. A signon-with Facebook, Google, Instagram, or Twitter feature would cover a lot of my clientele.

Thanks for that feedback! We will be sure share that request out with our Product Liaison team.

When a customer sets an appointment, is it possible for the system to remember the customers information so that I dont have the same customer in my client list multiple times? Any way to prevent this?

Hey @Lashesbyhannah. That's a great point. While we don't currently offer the ability for clients to create and account and save their personal information for future booking, I definitely see how this could make the booking experience a whole lot more pleasent!

On a good note, I know that this is a popular feature request that the Appointments team has discussed. I will be sure to share your interest! We'll also update this thread with any updates in the future.

Howdy @JoaquinJonathan. 👋  I went ahead and scooted your comment on over to this thread, as it's on the same topic. Totally agree that this would be a major improvement. I'll make sure that the Product Manager for Appointments sees this conversation. 🙂

It is now october. Do you have any idea when or if this feature is coming?  I have clients who have memberships with me that come in every month. It is time consuming for both the customer and myself to create a new profile and then every few days I have to go in and combine profiles so that I don't have multiple listings for the same client. It's very inconvenient that they can't just pick their name from a drop-down or have a way to log in and schedule their own appointments.  Their cards are already saved. I may switch booking sites if this isn't resolved soon!

Hello. I am jumping on this bandwagon. I have been setting up my account to go fully paperless with my schedule on January 2nd, 2018. There are a few areas where those of us that book yearly could benefit. I noticed that when booking multiple appointments for a client, they automatically receive a text/email confirmation of the first appointment and have the ability to sync that appointment with their calendar of choice. That's great, but they can't view or sync their future scheduled appointments. It would be very beneficial if they could recieve a notification with a list of all their future appointments. This would greatly increase more advanced notice of scheduling conflicts. Also, how does it currently work if a client needs to look up an appointment in a future month in an attempt to book a family vacation (as an example)? Is the only option to have them contact me directly and I do the investigating? Thanks for any insight.

I definitely agree. Clients should be able to book under the same log in information only one time, that would take up less time and make it more convenient for clients.

Hi @TMHD

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this, and unfortunately contacting you would be the only workaround for this if they haven't already added the appointment they've booked to their own calendar manually.

Hopefully we're able to get something that helps with the client side of scheduling rolled out in the near future.
