Is there an API for Square Appointments?

I'd like to make a custom online booking form for my website. The "embed" widget provided by Square Appointments lacks the features that I need. For example, I need the ability to book multiple services at once,  also I would like to provide more description to my services with pictures. I could not find an API for Square Appointments. Is one available / planned?

Come on guys... this is a no brainer to making a product alot better. API data for square appointments... I have calandar data I want to intergrate and automate and not manually add or export.

I'm sorrry that there isn't an API for Square Appointments yet @Hyborianwar. We're tracking this request in this thread. We'll announce any updates!

I have a feeling square does NOT want API data for "appointments" and its customers.  This keeps the data centralized to square only. Go fig... Can someone from square answer this and actually say if any RnD is going on or dev work on API data for appointments? Thanks

I definitely need the ability to add a booking option from my facebook business page. I use setmore now and am making the conversion to square appointments for jan 2019 and seeing that it's not available yet is making me think twice about making the switch. Clients need easy access, not a bunch of screens to navigate through. PLEASE make it happen. I can see people have been requesting it for years.

Hoping to get response from @Devon 

Is there any update on this?  Currently in our platform when an account is registered we create a corresponding Square customer in the background via API.  Since we are already creating a customer can we at least auto log the already created customer in to book via embedded code code (found here:https://squareup.com/appointments/booking/embed) on our site.

Hi @w8lossboutique- checking in here with you and wanted to give a heads up that @ Devon is actually no longer with Square. However I did check in with our API Team and they confirmed that what you're looking to do is considered a feature request at this time.

Hi! Many of our salon partners use Square Appointments and are requesting that we integrate to ensure easy and seamless scheduling with them. Do you have an API for Square Appointments available?
