I am using a terminal in a taxi for a year. Though, I am satisfied with it, but I found that the terminal switches from checkout to other screens, orders, invoices, transactions, reports...due to unwanted touch.
It is somehow frustrating to keep people waiting, while switching back and forth to come to check out screen.
I suggest a new feature, SIMPLE mode, like all processing card machines you see everywhere. In this mode, only and only, check out feature is available, and terminal is ready at all times to process the cards only, even the check out screen goes to 0.00 after a minute of inactivity.
As a matter of fact, I do not care about other features when I am working. I need fast processing!
The same could be with card reader, as I used it for a while.
