Clients with a flip phone and no computer do not get date and time only notifications.

Your question was cut off, so would you mind providing a little more information? Is it that your clients who do not have a computer or smartphone do not receive any notifications? Or do they receive notifications that contain links in them that cannot be opened on their device? What would your ideal notification be for these types of customers?

Hey there @10! This is a great question. We opted not to include the date/time in our confirmation text-messages to keep them brief, and point them to your website where they can get the latest details about their appointment. However, date / time information is included in all automatic reminders.

But you raise a good point -- folks with flip phones can't follow links in text messages. I'm curious: what percentage of your customers have flip phones?
