Feature request: Add percentage based surcharge buttons

Good day we should have a feature where we can add % buttons instead of a dollar value especially if we would like to add 10% service charges to bigger group bookings and this shouldn't really be a feature for just PLUS

I've moved your post onto our Feature Request board for tracking purposes. 

You can add variable percentage based discounts to your favourites screen, but we don't have currently have the option to add percentage based surcharge option. We're tracking automatic surcharges as a feature request here and we'll let you know about any updates to this here.
