How can I remain in a category when adding items to sale?

Hi,

I'm using Square Register for my restaurant. I have created several categories for my menu items. During a sale, I click on a category and add an item to a sale. The category then closes and takes me to the category list again. But it would be much faster if I could remain in that category and add further items to that sale, instead of making that extra click. Any idea how I can set this behavior?
