Is it possible to add a 'photo upload' section to a form?

I'm a tattoo artist and I'm using square for my art sales and ideally I'd like to use it for booking inquiries as well. 

I've built a page with a form to fill out, but the one thing missing is the option for clients to attach reference photos to their request. Without this feature I don't think I would be able to use the online form since most of my clients send reference images for their ideas. 

If theres a way to add that option that I'm just not seeing please let me know how to do it!

@kristinevodon You're not missing anything. We don't have a place for customers to upload a picture through the booking site. I know it's an extra step on the back end, but you could email them separately asking for images. Or, you can check out some of our Appointments partners and see if any of them offer the ability for customers to upload photos!
