Make items not available for sale at all

I run a Cafe and am looking to use the inventory management inbuilt into square to keep track of all our required inventory. E.g. take away cups, bags of beans, etc. I do not want these items available for sale or to appear when a staff member is using the checkout but still be able to stocktaking these items so we can order when needed when stock on hand is low.

Thanks for getting in touch!

At the moment there's unfortunately no way to track stock/business supplies via Square's inventory system and not have it appear as an item within the Point of Sale to staff. We also don't currently have a way deduct one item from inventory upon sale of another (eg deduct paper cup levels upon selling a cup of coffee).
