Price Per Pound Discounts

I would like to provide price per pound discounts on invoices to restaurants. Is this possible? For example if chops are $13 per pound and I want take $3 off per pound how do I do that?

Right now, the only way to do a discount by percentage or dollar amount. The discount you're looking for would be a feature request. I see your point on how this would benefit businesses like yours going forward.
