Unfortunately I can not re-categorize as these are the categories everyone has known for many years. It would be nice to have the option to show other categories items in the specified page. Ie wine and matching labels, they are in different categories.

Items in your Weebly online store can be added to more than one category. The categories in the dashboard/terminal function completely different than the categories in the online store.

So, you don't need to remove the categories that everyone knows, simply make additional categories and add the products to all the categories that fit.
