See time since last action on a ticket?

See time since last action on a ticket?

Is there a way to see when the last action on a ticket was? The floorplan view shows when the ticket was first opened, but there's no obvious way of knowing when the last order was placed. E,g, have they been sitting on that wine for 90mins or 9?

I checked in with our Restaurants team on this one - unfortunately this isn't doable at the moment. The team let me know it's currently a feature request, though weren't able to give any indication about where this sits in the pipeline.

 

In any case, I've moved your post to the Feature Requests board so we can continue to track all feedback for this in the one place.
