Hello, I am a member of Not-for-profit and we have two days a year when we do a fundraising campaign in many locations. Each location has it's own email as the sign-in. I would like to identify sales broken down by location/email. Team Plus is way too much as I don't need any other features and I only need this feature for two days in a year. Is there any option available to me?

You can totally track sales by location:
You can sort transactions by location as well. As far as tracking employee sales, if you don't want to use Team, you could potentially assign each employee to a location as a workaround.
