How can I reach customer service? The account code they provide doesn't work.

I've been trying to reach customer service by phone, but the code they sent isn't working.

Hi @Gojonesy - I just used your customer code and was able to get through. Please make sure you are entering the code all at once. Pausing to check the customer code can confuse the system. I make sure it is visible (either written or on another screen) so I can look at it while keying in the code.

if you have a smartphone you can program the phone number with the code into your phone

I have mine stored like this 18007006000,,xxxxxxxxxxxx . (your code goes where the xs are).  The commas tell the phone to wait 3 seconds each I believe, which is enough time for Square to start accepting your number.
