I used to have customised emails for new orders, item shipped etc. It appears that I now need to have a paid update in order to customise emails. Is this correct?

Hi @tonydow, I checked on this and you can still customise for order confirmation, item shipped, etc. on a free plan. The only emails that required upgrade to edit are Abandoned Cart and Item Reviews.
If you are seeing a warning about upgrade when trying to customise your email, can you share a screenshot with me on this thread?

Thanks @tranguyen I just accessed it from the dashboard / online and everything is okay. Previously I logged on to squareup.com and my website, emails etc had all gone but that too now seems to be resolved. Must have been a glitch. The upgrade info was from a help article i accessed when starting the original query https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Product-Updates/Square-Marketing-Updates-New-Email-Editor-Photo-B... which I now see is a US site. Thanks for checking it out.
