Adding Online Store to Existing Domain

This may be a Wordpress question, but thought I would start here. My website is hosted via wordpress.org. I am trying to access my domains so that I can add the IP's from my square online store. I cannot find my domains anywhere on WP. Is anyone familiar with WP and can help me with this?
