After transaction

after each of my transaction it always ask my client to put in their phone number for a $10 off coupon which is fine but it doesn't have limit on how many times the SAME client can sign up.....how do I limit that or take that off?

Just so I understand, are your customers being prompted to join your Loyalty Rewards program?
