Anyone else having issues with entering barcodes into the item library?

My Barcode Scanner is not entering the barcode when I am in the "Create Item" screen. I am also having an issue with the Phone App doing the same thing. Could this be an Apple Issue as I am using an Ipad and Iphone to access the app? It is working fine on the Desktop version of the Dashboard. This has been going on for at least a week now.

Thanks for reaching out! I would make sure both devices have the most up to date version of the app. If the issue is still occurring, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Success team directly.
