Anyone else struggle with getting support?

Does any one else struggle to get ahold of support when they need it and it seems the only time something goes wrong is when "support is closed" or otherwise unavailable?   Every single time I have had an issue its been on the weekend, when payroll support isn't available and no one can ever do a single thing to help.  Sunday is my administrative work day and I can never get the help I need to resolve an issue.   

Monday through Saturday I am in the "trenches" with my employees and do not have time to play phone tag trying to get help
