This started about a month ago and I can't figure out how to shut it off. If a server writes a note on an item and then sends the item to the bar, that note ends up showing up on the customer receipt when we drop the check off. This never happened previously. I called Square and they told me to update my ipads (we have 5), make sure the app is updated and then delete and reprogram the bar printer. I did all of this and it is still showing up. Any suggestions?
