Auto save to open ticket on logout

Hi Community!

I Like square as a product and we have using it for a while, one thing i really wish that it has is we use passcodes, but when one team member logs out mid transaction and another logs in with a passcode, the old team members sales are still there, Is there an option to automatically put it in Open ticket when they log out, it makes it easier in a bar enviroment where staff are sharing 1 till.

Where do you request feature requests on the square website, as it should be simple for them to implement 🙂

Unfortunately there isn't a way to automatically convert the sale into an Open Ticket when an employee logs out, but you posted in the right place to surface feature requests. I'll tag your post so our Product Team sees your ideas.

However, it sounds like the permission to view sales/transactions is enabled for your employees. You can restrict visibility into those reports by disabling transactions under Permissions.
